Professional Experience:
Partner and founder of Fernandez, Heraud & Sanchez, Abogados He currently holds the position of Professional Manager of the Firm. Has been Ad-Hoc Prosecutor designated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice for the National Institute of Health and of the Supervising Organism for Energy and Mining -OSINERGMIN, and of COPRI (PROINVERSION).
Has been Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Compañia Minera San Ignacio de Morococha S.A. and of Peruana de Energia S.A.A. Has been President of the Justice Committee of the Peruvian Soccer Federation, member of the FIFA.
Has been Sociedad de Comercio Exterior (COMEX) representative before the Commission of Labor of the National Labor Counsel and is member of the Labor Commission of the Lima Chamber Of Commerce. Has been professor of Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola Law School. He is a member of the Board of Directors and has the legal representation in Peru of various companies and private institutions.
